CELLARMAN / TAPROOM / DELIVERY

ABOUT US:

We are a group of people that love getting to live, work, and
play in Winter Park. We strive to brew the best beer possible, and provide the
best service imaginable in our taproom. We work hard, but have fun doing it.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As we continue to grow in our Winter Park Taproom while also expanding
our distribution footprint of cans and kegs we are in need of some additional
help. We need that elusive unicorn employee. This would be a mixed position
entailing helping with taproom, distribution and brewing. We would love to find
someone with an interest in brewing to learn the details and move into an
assistant brewing position. Timeline for startiing would be late summer/fall.

-----A few taproom shifts per week-----

Interest in the craft beer community

Ability to engage with customers

Team player

-----A few production shifts per week-----

Canning line runs

Kegging

Tank cleaning

Deliveries in Grand, Routte, Summit, and Denver counties

Interest in learning the brewing process from our Head Brewer

REQUIREMENTS:

Previous experience in the craft beer industry a plus

Ability
to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic brewery environment.

Attention
to detail and commitment to quality.

Strong
communication and teamwork skills.

Flexibility
to work in shifts and overtime as needed.

Ability
to work independently and problem solve

Must be able to lift and move 165 pounds

Willing and able to get TIPS certification
